Your missions? • Lead and coordinate multiple

Workplace and End Users Services projects

in an international environment. • Manage projects from planning to deployment, ensuring delivery within

scope, cost, quality and timelines . • Coordinate international stakeholders across different entities, business functions, product teams and technical experts. • Establish and maintain project

governance , including Steering Committees, reporting, KPIs and decision-making materials. • Identify dependencies, manage the

risk register

and proactively mitigate risks and issues. • Drive

change management, adoption and training activities , ensuring a smooth transition to BAU operations. • Coordinate local rollouts and ensure alignment with business cases, expected benefits and deployment plans. • Ensure alignment with

Agile, DevOps, architectural, data, security and quality standards . • Work on projects involving

Workplace AI and Generative AI solutions

within the Microsoft 365 environment. ✍️

Your profile? • Degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. •

8+ years of experience

in IT Project Management, Workplace / End User Services or Digital Adoption projects. • Proven experience managing

multiple projects in parallel within international and matrix environments . • Strong experience in

project governance, risk management and change management . • Hands-on and pragmatic approach, with strong problem-solving and delivery skills. • Good knowledge of

Agile methodologies

would be a plus. • Experience with

Workplace AI / Generative AI and Microsoft 365

would be a plus. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with

senior and executive stakeholders . • Fluent in

Spanish, French and English ,



both written and spoken. Work model •

Hybrid position:

2 days per week in the

Barcelona office .
