Your Mission
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while promoting BPO solutions tailored to the evolving needs of pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and acquiring new accounts within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.




Identifying business opportunities and building a robust commercial pipeline.
Developing relationships with key decision-makers across functions such as General Management, Commercial, Human Resources, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Procurement, and more.
Understanding client needs and designing value-driven solutions aligned with their business challenges.
Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
Preparing and delivering compelling commercial presentations and proposals.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
