Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the agile delivery of a large squad by managing backlogs, coordinating cross-functional work, and ensuring timely, value-driven releases. You collaborate with Product Owners to align strategy and execution, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments to boost team performance. You also lead end-to-end backlog execution, monitor risks and budgets, and foster continuous improvement in a dynamic environment focused on sustainable transformation.

• Ensure backlog execution within the timebox and milestones
• Develop detailed execution plans with scope, objectives, schedule and resources
• Lead the squad to achieve goals and coordinate responsibilities
• Partner with Product Owner for strategy alignment and cross-team collaboration
• Coach the squad on OLM principles to boost efficiency and manage changes
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and other rituals
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and impediments
• Maintain up-to-date Epic data and manage operational budget with the PO
• Track progress and communicate status to stakeholders




• Act as primary contact for stakeholders and ensure alignment and value delivery
• Translate objectives into actionable plans and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, and quality to meet organizational goals
• Exercise independent judgment to resolve issues in ambiguous situations

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience as Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar delivery role
• Strong knowledge of Scrum practices, backlog management, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Experience managing complex execution plans, risks, dependencies, resources, budgets and timelines
• Ability to lead and coach cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and improve performance
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills
