Experteer Overview
In this role you will strengthen Scopely's Internal Audit by evaluating technology, security and AI environments across our gaming platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify risks and drive pragmatic remediation in cloud-enabled, CI/CD-driven setups. You’ll apply analytics and AI-assisted testing to improve audit effectiveness and efficiency. This is a chance to shape risk governance in a fast-paced, innovative gaming company.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Execute technology-focused operational audits, including walkthroughs with engineering and platform owners and documenting findings
• Evaluate controls in public cloud environments (IAM, network, logging, monitoring, IaC) and assess CI/CD change flows
• Conduct cybersecurity and resilience audits (vulnerability, patch management, endpoint security, incident response, backup/DR, third-party risk)
• Identify root causes of control deficiencies and propose pragmatic, tech-driven remediation strategies, leveraging AI tools and analytics
• Collaborate with Technology, Security, AI, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders to understand workflows and validate risk management
• Prepare clear, concise audit workpapers and reports for senior leadership
• Maintain awareness of gaming industry trends, regulatory changes, and advances in audit technology (e.g., AI-assisted testing)
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in technology audit, technology risk, or security assurance
• Foundational knowledge of GIAs and governance frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO27001
• Practical familiarity with AWS and/or GCP and cloud-native environments
• Understanding of modern software development and release practices (version control, code review, automated testing, deployment pipelines)
• Ability to work with data using SQL, Python, or similar (plus)
• Experience in gaming or related entertainment/technology sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CISA, CPA) or interest in obtaining one is desirable
• Strong communication skills to explain findings to non-audit/technical stakeholders
• Ability to work across international teams and time zones
• Curiosity and detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
