¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

The chosen person will be responsible of the following tasks:
- Support the month-end closing process for multiple group entities.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliations in line with corporate accounting policies.
- Prepare, monitor and analyze profit and loss statements by project, business unit and joint ventures.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting for the Group headquarters.
- Generate and distribute management reports for Finance, Sales, Marketing and other business functions.
- Support cash management activities and operating cash flow analysis.
- Collaborate on ad hoc financial analysis and business projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency, process optimization and automation.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business performance.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

The chosen candidate should have the following requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Financial Reporting, FP&A; or similar finance roles within an international environment.
- Strong accounting knowledge and experience supporting month-end close activities.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with SAP is a plus.
- Knowledge of Hyperion or other reporting/consolidation tools is considered a strong plus.
- Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent) is essential.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
