In this role you support global clinical studies from setup through close-out, working with the Global Study Director and study managers to ensure quality and timely delivery. You contribute to eTMF setup and maintenance, regulatory submissions, and study documentation, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You help manage administrative processes, budgets, and study materials to support compliant and efficient operations. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on enabling successful study execution within AZ policies and ICH-GCP standards.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support GD/GSAD and GSMs by delivering delegated study tasks across multiple studies and delivery models
• Initiate and lead eTMF setup; ensure ongoing maintenance and compliant close-out
• Oversee non-complex vendors to ensure adherence to study requirements and processes




• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect regulatory and essential documents
• Contribute to regulatory submissions in the regulatory information management system and support publishing/delivery to authorities
• Plan and assemble administrative appendices for the CSR
• Create and maintain study documents with template/version compliance
• Set up and maintain information in AZ tracking and communication tools; assist team with tool usage
• Support set-up, maintenance, and close-out of Clinical Trial Transparency activities in PharmaCM
• Track, reconcile, and follow up study budgets/payments; create and maintain purchase orders and payment reports
• Coordinate study materials/equipment supply and tracking; assist with close-out supplies
• Coordinate administrative tasks and logistical support during audits and inspections per policies
• Coordinate and prepare internal/external meetings; liaise with participants and vendors
