About The Role
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a
fast-growing company specializing in the design, production, and installation of data center infrastructure
.

As the company scales its large, capital-intensive projects, we are seeking an experienced
Finance Controller
to own financial control, treasury, and contract governance across the business.

This role is critical in an environment where
long-cycle customer contracts, supplier payment terms, milestone billing, revenue recognition, and significant working capital swings directly impact the company's cash position
.

You'll work closely with Project, Operations, Procurement, Sales, Commercial, and Senior Leadership teams, providing financial visibility across projects while ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting, and healthy liquidity.

Your Responsibilities
- Own financial oversight of complex customer, supplier, and subcontractor contracts,



including milestones, payment terms, change orders, retentions, and cost-to-complete.
- Manage long-term contract revenue recognition under ASC 606 / IFRS 15, including percentage-of-completion / input methods, contract assets, liabilities, and unbilled revenue.
- Monitor project profitability and financial risk, including cost overruns, margin erosion, schedule delays, and cash-at-risk.
- Own key financial controls, monthly close, management reporting, and audit coordination.
- Lead day-to-day and forward-looking cash flow management, including rolling weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
- Monitor and optimize working capital, including customer receivables, supplier terms, inventory, and project-related cash requirements.
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, project finance, and asset-backed lending where applicable.
- Monitor FX exposure across international equipment, materials, and contracts
