Experteer Overview
In this role, you will design, build, and operate a modern Azure-based data platform to deliver scalable data solutions. You will work within cross-functional teams to enable reliable data pipelines, multi-tenant governance, and secure data handling. You will optimize performance and costs while supporting BI and data teams with robust data models. This remote EU opportunity emphasizes hands-on platform stewardship, CI/CD for data workloads, and collaboration across environments to drive reliable data platforms.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design, build, and operate end-to-end data solutions using Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics
• Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with PySpark/Spark focusing on quality, reliability, and performance
• Support and operate multi-tenant data platforms across development, test, and production environments
• Provision and maintain Azure data infrastructure ensuring stability, security, and scalability
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data pipelines and Databricks workloads across environments
• Apply Azure best practices for performance, sizing,



lifecycle management, and cost monitoring
• Collaborate with BI and data teams to support data models and reporting solutions
• Support data governance basics including access control, secure handling, and metadata management

Responsabilidades
• Several years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics
• Strong experience building distributed data processing pipelines using PySpark and Spark
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data modeling practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data workloads and basic deployment automation
• Strong SQL skills and experience optimizing analytical queries
• Practical experience with Parquet and/or Avro
• Good understanding of Azure resource structure, environments, and operational best practices
• Analytical and team-oriented mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
