Responsibilities Define an ambitious hunting plan for the Spain market aligned with SHEIN strategic goals Monitor market trends and benchmark competitors to evolve hunting plan and recommend changes in positioning,
services and pricing strategies Actively participate and organize networking events to enhance SHEIN visibility Effectively recruit key brands and retailers that could provide a relevant assortment Account Management: ensure structured BD-to-KAM handover, define joint 90-180 day account plan and targets (assortment, coverage, growth milestones);run KPI cadence and business reviews, optimize assortment/inventory/content and ensure operational compliance, while leading cross-functional coordination and escalations.
