In this role you will help AXA Partners Barcelona advance its data-driven decision-making by designing and delivering reliable data assets. You will work to ensure data quality and sustainability while promoting analytics within the team and organization. You will collaborate with a community of Data Analysts to share best practices and drive the data strategy forward in a multicultural, international environment. Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Business Intelligence with specialization in Big Data
• 3-5 years in a production BI environment
• Experience in data warehousing/analytics projects in multicultural organizations
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, SQL, SSAS, DAX) and dimensional modeling
• Understanding of software development processes (git, CI/CD); knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus
• Knowledge of BI theory (Kimball, star schema, data warehousing, datamarts, dimensional and tabular cube, KPI)
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Agile mindset; ability to work in an international and complex environment with creativity and innovation
