As a Tech Product Support, you will ensure the availability, resilience, and performance of critical applications and services. You will coordinate with support, development, infrastructure, and security teams to maintain stable and secure systems. You will manage operational activities, support incident response, and ensure compliance with SLA/SLO targets, while driving improvements through observability, automation, and operational best practices.
What you'll do day-to-day: - Ensure the reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency of cloud infrastructure running on AWS - Coordinate with support, development,



and infrastructure teams to maintain stable and secure services - Drive observability and monitoring strategies using tools such as Dynatrace to proactively detect and mitigate incidents - Support incident response processes and coordinate actions during critical situations - Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements - Maintain operational documentation including runbooks, incident reports, and reliability improvement plans - Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with operational and security standards - Oversee operational processes and ensure visibility and governance through FinOps and observability tools - Collaborate with development teams through GitHub to strengthen CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices - Design and validate disaster recovery strategies and ensure defined RTO/RPO objectives are met What we're looking for: - Experience operating complex and business-critical systems - Strong knowledge of cloud environments (A
