Experteer Overview In this field-based role, you will act as a scientific expert and trusted partner to healthcare professionals across Spain and Portugal, supporting Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams. You will engage KOLs, share up-to-date medical information, and contribute to local clinical insights. You’ll educate clinicians and internal colleagues, participate in congresses, and help generate evidence through ISTs and local studies. Your work empowers better patient care through scientific exchange and collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Build and maintain strong scientific relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals across Iberia.
- Provide balanced, accurate medical information on Santen products and therapeutic areas.
- Gather and communicate medical and scientific insights from the field to internal stakeholders.
- Increase awareness of Santen's scientific and medical expertise among external customers.
- Present scientific and clinical data to physicians, pharmacists, formulary committees, hospital practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support development of scientific educational materials and medical education initiatives.
- Contribute to customer training programs and provide medical training to internal colleagues.
- Respond to scientific and medical inquiries using the latest evidence.
- Attend local, national, and international congresses and meetings.
- Engage with experts to discuss therapeutic advancements and emerging evidence.
- Monitor developments and communicate insights internally.




- Support local Medical Affairs and Ru0026D studies; assist with ISTs and local studies.
- Identify research opportunities supporting Santen's products and objectives.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs leadership and KOLs to support publications.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Development, Medical Information, and others.
- Support planning and execution of customer advisory boards.
- Foster cross-functional communication across the organization.
- Develop relationships with patient associations and identify partnerships.
- Represent Santen professionally and ethically in external interactions.Responsabilidades
- University degree in Life Sciences (e.G., Medicine (MD), Pharmacy, Biology, Optometry) or other relevant scientific discipline
- Strong ability to understand, learn, and communicate complex scientific information
- Excellent presentation, communication, and educational skills
- Ability to provide accurate, balanced, and evidence-based responses to scientific and medical questions
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate in cross-functional and international environments
- Self-motivated, proactive, independent work style; creative and solution-oriented mindset
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills; high integrity and compliance focus
