You will advise the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Coordinators on effective sourcing strategies, manage attraction campaigns, and execute sourcing strategies. As a Sourcing Lead, you will collaborate closely within the Talent Acquisition team to provide input on sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on the effectiveness of the sourcing strategy.
