Experteer Overview
You will drive complex, cross-functional programs for TKAS in Asturias, blending German engineering heritage with a local team. You’ll manage Ru0026amp;D and product development initiatives at integral scale, coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain functions. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget discipline, and governance compliance while maintaining documentation and KPIs. This role offers meaningful impact on advanced airport mobility projects and continuous professional growth within TK Elevator.

• Develop and maintain Ru0026D project plans, schedules, milestones and resource allocations
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of planned deliverables
• Track budgets, development costs and resource utilization

Responsabilidades
• Academic degree in engineering or Technical studies
• Project/Program/Portfolio Mgmt. knowledge and hands-on experience
• Experience in Product Development Processes u0026 Project Management Processes u0026 Tools in global environments
• Ability to lead initiatives without authority in a matrix organization
• 5-7 years of work experience in program management or consultancy roles
• Location in Asturias, Baíña, Mieres site
• Analytical with facilitation and communication skills
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• High English level
• Willingness to travel
