We are looking for a versatile DevOps & Backend Engineer who can bridge the gap between application development and infrastructure.

Design and manage resilient AWS infrastructure using Terraform
· Build and optimize high-performance backend services using FastAPI and MongoDB
· Manage containerized workloads and services on AWS EKS and ECS
· Design and implement continuous integration pipelines, testing infrastructure, and support
· Improve scalability, performance, observability, and security of infrastructure to support rapidly increasing demands
· Above all, you take pride in your achievements and go the extra mile to deliver high-quality solutions.

Communication: You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, especially when documenting architectural decisions. You can translate complex infrastructure concepts into plain English
Maintainability: You have a "leave it better than you found it" mindset when it comes to code quality and technical debt
Cross-Functional Mindset:



You are eager to sit down with our Data Scientists or our biologists to understand their bottlenecks while also helping fellow engineers optimize deployment pipelines

At least 4 years of experience with Python specifically with modern web asynchronous frameworks like FastAPI (or similar)
Experience with testing frameworks such as Pytest
Proficiency with MongoDB , including schema design and performance tuning
Knowledge of MongoDB indexing strategies and aggregation pipelines for large datasets
At least 5 years of experience with AWS (Compute, Networking, IAM). Specific experience with AWS Fargate and EKS is highly preferred
At least 3 years of experience managing a Kubernetes cluster
Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, and Github Actions
At least 3 years of experience with Terraform
