Experteer Overview
As a Product AI Engineer at Factorial, you help define and build the AI-native evolution of our Business Management platform. You work closely with product and design to embed AI as core workflow components, not just features. You design scalable AI capabilities and evaluation frameworks to ensure reliable, grounded outputs. You engage with customers and cross-functional teams to ship impactful, production-ready AI solutions that improve real business processes.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define and implement AI-driven features using Spec Driven Development with clear success criteria
• Design reusable AI skills to automate actions within workflows and integrations
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks (Evals) for AI outputs including human-in-the-loop
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground AI in trusted data
• Design and operate human-in-the-loop and agentic workflows combining LLMs, rules, and oversight




• Own end-to-end systems from problem definition to production monitoring and iteration
• Engage with customers through calls and feedback sessions to validate real-world needs
• Collaborate with Product and Design to embed AI into core user experiences
• Share knowledge and contribute to AI engineering best practices
