You work with sales teams to demonstrate value, validate performance, and design integrated systems. You will lead demonstrations, run field trials, and provide hands-on guidance to ensure solutions balance performance, reliability, and cost. - Support consultative sales as a technical and application expert
- Analyze customer processes and requirements to craft tailored solutions
- Prepare technical specs, designs, performance analyses, quotations, and documentation
- Design and evaluate processing systems and integrated solutions, including third-party equipment
- Conduct product demonstrations, field trials, testing, and performance optimization
- Analyze performance and data to identify optimization opportunities
- Provide technical guidance on equipment configuration and performance
- Deliver technical presentations, webinars, workshops, and reference visits
- Support Sales and Service with training, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Assess requirements to balance performance, reliability, scalability, and cost




- Conduct design reviews with cross-functional teams and handover to implementation
- Maintain solution documentation and central resources

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Automation, or equivalent
- Experience in Agri-Tech, food processing, automation, or related industries
- Spanish and English language proficiency
- Experience supporting customers in sales, applications, service, or solution development
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles in sales or service
- Ability to analyze operational data and propose technical solutions
- Experience preparing technical documentation and customer presentations
- Experience with system design, process evaluation, and equipment integration
- Knowledge of CAD and design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks
- Structured problem-solving and decision-making approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Customer-focused communication skills
- Valid work permit/visa as required
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within the EMEA region
