Experteer Overview In this role, you guide study-level execution across integral trials, shaping delivery through vendor oversight, trial documentation, and country-level coordination. You’ll align feasibility strategies with local teams and drive risk assessment to keep studies on track. You will contribute to program-level training and process improvements, supporting inspections and staff development. - Create and update critical trial documents (e.G., Monitoring Guidelines, Informed Consent Form, IMP documentation)
- Oversee setup and day-to-day management of study vendors, including SOWs and budgets
- Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and align feasibility strategy with local teams
- Contribute to program-level compound training with Clinical/CTLu0026D/Medical Writing
- Provide input into trial-level operational strategies and resolve trial-related issues
- Lead process improvement initiatives at trial, compound, and cross-DU levels




- Support Health Authority inspections and help identify risks and mitigation plans at the program level
- Mentor and onboard new Trial Management team membersResponsabilidades
- BS degree or equivalent (Life Sciences),
- Minimum 4 years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare
- Clinical research operations knowledge across multiple study phases (I–IV)
- 2–3 years’ experience supporting multiple aspects of global clinical trials
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work in matrixed, global environments
- Strong decision-making, analytical and financial management skills
- Ability to operate with limited supervision and mentor others
