Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end strategic sourcing across key suppliers in the EMEA region, translating category strategies into actionable plans that support business objectives. You’ll collaborate with Category Managers to identify opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, qualify suppliers, and build long-term partnerships that enhance growth and innovation. You’ll oversee supplier identification, performance, and issue resolution to ensure compliant, reliable, high-quality outcomes. You’ll shape sourcing strategies with quality and risk considerations, aiming to reduce total cost of ownership while sustaining supplier performance. - Master's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
- 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Procurement in Life Sciences or related sectors
- Experience in multinational/matrixed international environments
- Proven end-to-end sourcing process management including supplier identification, negotiations, qualification, and performance management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle; project management knowledge advantageous
