Experteer Overview As a Junior Privacy Counsel you will support the Global Data Protection Team to enable Delivery Hero’s growth while staying compliant with privacy laws. You’ll provide pragmatic GDPR guidance to internal stakeholders, help implement privacy programs, and maintain data protection policies. You will work cross-functionally to map data flows, conduct impact assessments, and advise on DPAs, data transfers, and due diligence in Mu0026amp; A. Your work will also shape AI governance practices and help mitigate regulatory risks. - Provide legal advice on data protection under GDPR and global frameworks
- Offer risk-based privacy guidance on new products and operational changes
- Draft, negotiate, and manage DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements
- Support data mapping, DPIAs, and documentation of processing activities
- Develop and maintain general privacy policies and internal procedures
- Communicate with DH Group management,

- Conduct privacy maturity audits and coordinate remediation
- Manage investigations or proceedings with data protection authorities and mitigation plans

- 0-1 years in data protection/privacy or related areas
- GDPR knowledge
- Bachelor in Law or comparable degree
- Certified EU privacy expertise is a plus (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO)
- Excellent English; Polish/Spanish/German aplus
- Experience advising online technology or data-driven businesses across jurisdictions is a plus
