You will proactively reach out to potential customers, qualify opportunities, book meetings for our Sales team, and lay the groundwork for long-term customer relationships.Your profile- Sales Development (Outbound): Proven experience in prospecting and creating qualified opportunities (phone, email, LinkedIn)- Lead Qualification: Strong discovery skills and a structured handover to Account Executives / Sales (incl. documentation)- Objection Handling: Confident, consultative communication and persistence in follow-ups- Tech-affinity: interest in business software / SAP is a plus (not a must)- Mindset: Target-driven, resilient, and self-organized with a proactive way of working- Language skills: Norwegian (C2) is a must-have, English (C1)
