The craft of UI design is evolving just as quickly as the game itself,



and we expect our Lead UI Artist to help define where it goes next. While AI's role in UI is still emerging, experimentation and fluency with evolving design tools are increasingly important. Here, your influence extends beyond individual screens to evolving design systems and workflows that help artists make consistently strong decisions at scale.

What You Will Do
- Establish and uphold the UI vision each season, in partnership with the Art Director and Product/UX leads.
- Set the bar for quality and technical craft, while exploring where AI-assisted workflows can meaningfully improve UI design and production, turning successful experimentation into practices the wider team can adopt.
