Experteer Overview In this role, you will act as the bridge between customer JIT and Trim production, driving quality improvements across the supply chain. You will analyze on-site issues, verify actions at JIT plants, and coordinate sorting activities to ensure targets are met. You’ll support Trim engineers with technical know-how and establish feedback loops and boundary documents among OEM, JIT, and Trim. You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs and lead actions that improve customer satisfaction and quality performance.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Interface between customer JIT and Trim production plant
- Perform on-site problem analyses and close feedback loops to Trim plant
- Verify improvement actions at JIT plants
- Coordinate sorting activities at JIT plants
- Support local Trim resident engineers with technical knowledge and feedback loops
- Set up boundary book between OEM, JIT and Trim plant
- Monitor KPIs:
customer satisfaction JIT, IRPPM, ICPPM, Firewall headcount JIT
- Conduct firewall audits at JIT and follow up on action plans
- Inspector Gauge Ru0026R evaluation and inspector trainingResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification
- Proven quality management experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in customer quality management and direct communication with OEMs and Tier 1 customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured root cause approach
- Knowledge of automotive quality tools and methodologies (VDA 6.3, 8D, FMEA, Poka-Yoke, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
