In this role you will shape the global strategy for blade manufacturing technologies and industrialization, leading international teams to enable safe, scalable serial production. You drive innovation, governance, and cross-functional alignment with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams. You will push for manufacturing readiness and cost optimization while advancing sustainable growth in the wind blade domain. This position offers high-impact influence on product performance, safety, and competitiveness.

• Define and execute the global IE u0026 Ru0026D strategy for blade manufacturing aligned with business objectives
• Lead development and industrialization of new blade technologies, materials, processes, and production technologies
• Ensure blade designs meet Manufacturing Readiness Levels (MRL) and Design-for-Manufacturing requirements before serial production
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, yield, and manufacturing cost optimization
• Establish governance, validation, testing, qualification, and risk management for technology development and industrialization
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement,



and Commercial teams to align technology and business priorities
• Lead and develop global IE and Ru0026D teams while driving innovation, standardization, and operational excellence across sites

Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of leadership experience in IE, Process IE, Product Development, Technology Development, or Ru0026D within wind turbine blades and composites
• Proven success leading general engineering, industrialization, manufacturing technology, or innovation organizations in multinational environments
• Track record delivering large-scale technology, manufacturing, automation, or transformation programs
• Experience with PLM, digital engineering, simulation, and advanced analytics
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, DFMEA, PFMEA, regulatory compliance, certification requirements, and risk management
• Solid understanding of LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies with strong stakeholder management
