Experteer Overview
In this role you will help shape Factorial’s AI-driven Operations domain, building tools for managers and HR to streamline recruitment, performance, engagement, and trainings. You will design and ship AI-enabled features that scale across many companies, focusing on reliability, user experience, and production readiness. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to turn probabilistic AI concepts into tangible product outcomes. This is an opportunity to impact how people are managed and developed at scale, using cutting-edge LLM and agentic architectures.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design system architecture and high-level prompts for multi-agent AI features
• Review and validate AI outputs, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability
• Coordinate and synchronize multiple AI agents to deliver coherent features
• Define and experiment with workflows,
sharing findings to prevent information silos
• Partner with teammates to help transitions from deterministic to probabilistic thinking
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in software engineering
• experience shipping AI-powered features and evaluating them in production
• familiarity with Ruby on Rails u0026 React
• understanding of integrating AI models into scalable, cloud-native environments
• ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
