- Own and manage the territory as a business, driving growth for smoke-free brands (IQOS, VEEV, ZYN)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and trade partners
- Analyze territory dynamics to identify opportunities and develop targeted commercial plans
- Ensure product availability, on-shelf visibility, and effective in-store execution
- Deploy all activities in the Commercial Cycle across portfolio (smoke-free and combustible)




- Prevent out-of-stocks and optimize portfolio management to maximize consumer impact
- Translate strategy into tangible results at the point of sale across the territoryResponsabilidades
- Bachelor degree
- English B2 level or higher
- Native or near-native Spanish
- Valid driving license for Spain (≥1 year)
- Valid EU work authorization
- Strong negotiation and results-driven mindset
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to analyze business information and translate insights into action
