As AI Adoption Partner, you empower across engineering, product and business teams to unlock AI potential. You will design scalable upskilling programs and playbooks that enable practical AI adoption at scale. You’ll stay ahead of AI developments and measure impact to improve enablement initiatives. You work closely with People and business units to redesign workflows and drive organizational transformation. This role offers a chance to shape how teams harness AI to deliver smarter, more personalized travel experiences.

• Upskill employees and design scalable enablement programs
• Conduct needs assessments with business leaders to identify AI skill gaps
• Create and deliver training curricula, workshops, and learning materials on AI concepts and practical applications
• Develop playbooks and scorecards for independent AI opportunity identification and prioritization
• Stay current with AI and ML advancements and translate them into enablement
• Define and track metrics to evaluate adoption, maturity and impact of initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in tech consulting, product management or agile transformation (valued)
• Familiarity with the European tech landscape and industry trends
• Strong practical understanding of AI/ML toolkits, LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs and Agentic frameworks
• Knowledge of mapping business processes and identifying automation opportunities
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Passion for teaching and delivering technical training programs or workshops
• Strategic, scale-oriented mindset with ability to teach teams to build and prioritize solutions themselves
• Preferred: experience with Applied AI Tools (e.g., Gemini), experimentation mindset, AI-enhanced problem solving, adaptability and learning agility
