You will collaborate with our engineering department to develop new applications and improve existing ones, delivering solutions that add value for both our customers and our business.Main responsibilities- Installing machine tool probes at customer sites.- Providing technical training to customers.- Providing technical support and assistance to customers.- Developing applications and delivering software demonstrations.- Managing technical support cases and the corresponding reporting in the CRM.Requirements- Technical Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.- CFGS in Mechatronics, Mechanics or Electronics.- Specific training in the field would be an advantage.- Excellent ability to work independently, with experience in solving complex problems and a clear results-oriented approach.- Customer-oriented.- Proactive, rigorous and detail oriented.- Comfortable working in changing environments, flexible, and able to foster a positive working atmosphere and a collaborative environment.- Experience installing machine tool probes.- Knowledge of the operation and programming of Fanuc,



Heidenhain and Siemens controls.- Knowledge of PLC programming and machine parameters would be an advantage.- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English, both spoken and written.- A good level of Portuguese would be desirable.- Availability to travel frequently within Spain and Portugal and occasionally to the UK.What we offer- Permanent contract.- Full-time working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:45 a.M. to 4:45 p.M.
