Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and implement AI-driven solutions, building production-grade ML systems and guiding models from development to deployment. You work within an international AI/ML squad, collaborating across disciplines and embracing AGILE practices. The focus is on delivering impactful AI-powered software for real-world projects, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end ML lifecycle and MLOps. You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing in a global tech environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Participate in design and development of AI solutions for challenging projects
• Build production-grade ML/AI solutions with solid software engineering and ML/AI principles
• MLOps: automated deployment and monitoring of models and infrastructure
• Data analysis including data cleaning and feature transformation
• Develop and train ML/AI models
• Put AI models into production with optimization, tuning,



and testing for production environments

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML/CS
• Experience building end-to-end software product with AI/ML components
• Experience with Azure or other cloud-based solutions
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience with testing (unit, integration, etc.)
• Knowledge in NLP and Computer Vision
• Hands-on experience across the ML lifecycle and scalable ML pipelines; MLOps experience valuable
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools
• Fast learner and strong team player
• Fluent Spanish (mandatory)
