Experteer Overview In this Account Executive role, you convert qualified opportunities into signed contracts in a fast-paced, short-cycle SaaS environment. You own the full process from initial discovery through tailored product demonstrations to closing, collaborating with Customer Success for a smooth onboarding. You will maintain a disciplined pipeline, accurate CRM records, and rigorous forecasting, while staying aligned with product updates and market developments in the independent hospitality segment. - Convert qualified opportunities into closed business from first demo to signature
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations focused on prospect pain points
- Perform thorough discovery to validate needs, budget, decision-making process, and timing
- Own the full sales cycle from leads to signature with high conversion and disciplined follow-up
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth post-signature onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot for reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Track personal performance metrics (conversion rate, time to close, pipeline health) and pursue continuous improvement
- Stay current on product updates, competitive positioning, and market developments relevant to independent hospitalityResponsabilidades
- 2+ years in a sales role in SaaS/technology (AE or Inside Sales)
- Spanish speaker with strong written and spoken English
- Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to adapt to the prospect’s context
- Comfort with end-to-end pipeline ownership in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Rigorous CRM hygiene and data accuracy for good forecasting
