Responsibilities
- Coach and develop SARI Managers (SIMs).
- Drive industrial risk management and recovery activities.
- Support Transfer of Work (ToW) and industrial readiness assessments.
- Establish data-driven reporting, governance, and performance monitoring.




- Lead stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements
- Extensive experience as a SARI Manager / SIM in aerospace.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading SARI teams.
- Strong knowledge of industrial risk management, recovery plans, and ToW activities.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- English C1 level.
