Experteer Overview
In this role you lead full-service oncology clinical projects within a CRO setting, driving delivery across global trials and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will oversee client relationships, project scope, budgets, and timelines from proposal through study completion. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and timely execution, contributing to Precision for Medicine’s mission in precision oncology. • Lead full-service clinical projects in integral/regional oncology trials (Ph I–IV)
• Oversee all functional departments to ensure scope, cost, timelines, and quality
• Manage client relationships and lead bid defense, proposals, and budgeting
• Coordinate study team activities and maintain regular status updates
• Prepare protocols, project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets
• Liaise with sponsor and senior management (including C-suite)
• Ensure adherence to GCP/ICH and clinical development processes
• Monitor performance metrics and escalate issues as needed
Responsabilidades
• Experience in a full-service/global Project Management role in a CRO
• Minimum 4 years of full-service project management experience in clinical trials
• Experience managing oncology studies
• Degree or related life science qualification (or equivalent)
• GCP/ICH knowledge and clinical development process understanding
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong presentation and client-facing abilities
• Proven computer skills (MS Office, MS Project) and software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS)
• Ability to build positive working relationships across teams and with external stakeholders
• Medical terminology knowledge related to clinical development
