Experteer Overview In this role you drive Lean Transformation across the blade manufacturing general team, embedding Lean in daily operations and coordinating cross-functional improvement. You lead Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, and capability building to lift productivity, quality, and flow. You partner with leadership to align initiatives with business goals and sustain a culture of continuous improvement. - Bachelor in Engineering or related field; Master is a plus
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Proven experience in lean manufacturing, preferably in blade manufacturing or related industry
- Strong knowledge of lean tools, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
- Experience leading Kaizens (operational u0026 transactional) and continuous improvement workshops
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects
