Experteer Overview As Sales Manager for Iberian ceramics, you drive profitable growth and strategic key accounts across Spain and Portugal. You will lead commercial strategy, deepen customer relationships, and coordinate with Marketing and Technical Support to deliver value. The role encompasses market intelligence, negotiations, and new business development to support Imerys’ sustainability and decarbonization initiatives. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and financial performance.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Drive profitable sales growth and revenue management across existing and new accounts
- Lead strategic account planning for ~50 customers with cross-functional collaboration
- Lead commercial negotiations including price increases and terms
- Maintain regular customer visits and document CRM activity with monthly performance reviews
- Champion customer satisfaction and act as the Voice of the Customer
- Optimize working capital through cash collection and terms optimization
- Gather market intelligence and feed it into CRM for market insights




- Generate ideas for new products and pursue cross-sell opportunities
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for Su0026OP and finance purposes
- Develop the Castellon platform (IPB)
- Ensure safety protocols and educate teams to achieve zero LTA
- Participate in cross-functional teams to align on commercial goals
- Support the development of new business and close new customersResponsabilidades
- Relevant experience in/serving the Ceramic market
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Manager position
- Strong customer sense
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Business acumen and technical appetite
- Good understanding of basic financial and legal concepts
- Outgoing, result oriented, concern for impact, good interpersonal skills
- Ability to positively influence others w/o direct reporting lines
- Ideal background/ experience: Engineering or Marketing degree
- Speak proficient Spanish, fluently English language
