We are looking for an RTO Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, international, and constantly evolving environment.In this role, you will lead a team of 20-30 agents, monitor/a performance through KPIs, and collaborate with integral stakeholders on the implementation of new processes, automation initiatives, and AI-driven projects. You will play a key role in bridging global strategy with local execution, helping to improve efficiency, team engagement, and operational performance across multiple markets.Requirements- 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in a similar role.- Experience tracking KPIs and driving process improvements.- Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory).- Strong leadership and people management skills.- Proficiency in Google Sheets.- SQL knowledge is a plus.- Interest in or familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, N8N,
