Ford is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its Valencia Talent Acquisition team onsite. You will own recruitment from start to finish, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure great talent across Spain.
In this hands-on role you will manage end-to-end recruitment, source active and passive candidates, coordinate interviews and provide market insights. You will champion inclusive hiring and contribute to employer branding efforts.
