Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead six European APS Performance Materials sites to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operations. You will shape safety culture, drive capital investments, and develop staff and organizational capability across diverse teams. You’ll optimize performance through KPI-driven management and cross-functional collaboration with partners across the business. This position offers the chance to influence regional manufacturing strategy within a integral, DEI-focused organization dedicated to sustainable solutions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Direct site operations across six European sites with safety, environment, and cost efficiency as top priorities
• Staff, succession planning, and mentoring to develop talent and career paths
• Plan, implement, and control annual operations and capital budgets for the sites and region
• Develop KPIs and reporting for site performance; maintain regular stakeholder communication
• Champion GoalZERO, APEX, and VEP initiatives for quality and safety
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Asset Manager, Marketing, Sales, Technical Support,



Planning)
• Build a strong industrial relations framework and ensure compliance with local laws and standards
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and benchmarked best practices

Responsabilidades
• Engineering or Science degree, or equivalent professional experience
• Min 20 years of relevant industry experience
• Min 5 years as site manager (preferred)
• Experience in international assignments and multicultural environments
• Experience managing remote, international teams
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably plastic compounding
• Strong business acumen and economics understanding
• Excellent English (spoken and written); other European languages advantageous
