Experteer Overview
As Director of Civil Engineering, you will steer an assigned engineering segment, translating strategy into actionable plans and guiding a team to achieve technical and operational goals. You contribute to business development and marketing efforts for both colleagues and clients, shaping opportunities and aligning resources. You assess market trends and new technologies to keep practices cutting-edge while optimizing outcomes for customers and the firm. This role demands leadership in strategy development, execution, and cross-team collaboration within a critical military facilities environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage study, design, specification and services for transportation systems (road, rail, airport, seaport) and related civil works
• Supervise a group of engineers and set technical standards for the team
• Conduct performance management, hiring, and staff development




• Oversee staff and budget as a measurable asset and ensure training for CE proficiency
• Ensure compliance through CE-related inspections (MICT, UEI, EMS, SAVs) and data collection for awards
• Support annual USAFE Civil Engineering awards submissions and related packages

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture from an ABET accredited program or approved equivalent
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)
• US citizenship
• DoD installation-level working experience
• Ten years of engineering design, construction, maintenance, operation of major facilities, and related planning/administration experience (5 in supervision)
• U.S. Secret Clearance required
