Experteer Overview As Product Director for Horizontal, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for OLX's core marketplace domains across consumer and seller journeys. You will lead a ~15-strong product team, collaborating with engineering, design, and commercial leads to drive growth, engagement, and monetization across multiple markets. You’ll steer AI-driven transformation and incubate a fully agentic horizontal marketplace strategy. - Proven ability to navigate two-sided marketplaces with buyers and sellers
- Hands-on product management experience partnering with engineers and commercial stakeholders
- Multiple years hiring and growing product teams (~15 people)
- Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural, multi-market settings
- Strategic thinker balancing long-term vision with near-term goals
- Experience in both 0→1 and scaling product development
