About the role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and serving as a member of the Executive Committee, the Commercial Director will lead one of the company's most critical functions.
This is not a turnaround role. It is an opportunity to build on a strong foundation while helping the organisation adapt to changing market dynamics,



unlock new growth opportunities and design the commercial organisation required for the future.
The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with a deep understanding of relationship-driven sales environments and the ability to translate business strategy into commercial execution.

- Define and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Lead, develop and inspire a nationwide commercial organisation.
- Shape the future commercial model to support sustainable growth in an evolving and increasingly mature market.

- Strengthen organisational capabilities, ensuring the commercial team is equipped for future challenges and opportunities.
