Experteer Overview In this role you will design, review, and optimize software solutions by blending modern engineering with AI-powered tooling. You will improve Java/Spring Boot applications, reduce technical debt, and ensure secure, scalable systems for trading controls. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, and delivery. - Design and develop technical components that meet business and technical needs
- Analyze and optimize Java and Spring Boot apps for performance and maintainability
- Reduce technical debt through best coding practices and quality improvements
- Leverage AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin, etc.) to speed up analysis and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements




- Support backend and frontend development following modern standards
- Contribute to CI/CD processes
- Document solutions using JIRA, Confluence, and ALM
- Coordinate with production support to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, quality, and development standardsResponsabilidades
- Minimum 3 years as Software Developer or Code Analyst
- Strong Java, JDBC, J2EE, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Maven, Node.Js (JADE/Pug), HTML
- Oracle Database, REST APIs and Microservices
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin)
- Knowledge of SonarQube and Fortify for code quality and security
