The company advises cities, public administrations and businesses on addressing new challenges through innovation, with projects across areas such as Smart Cities, Urban Innovation, Sustainability & Resilience, Open Government and Social Innovation.
We are looking for a Senior Project & Event Manager with strong experience working with the Public Sector to join the team and take part in the planning, coordination and delivery of projects and events, working closely with clients, institutions, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and manage projects from start to finish,
coordinating tasks and priorities to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth, effective and aligned communication across all parties.
- Oversee and coordinate logistical aspects with suppliers involved in event production, design, stand construction and other services required for successful event delivery.
- Coordinate matters related to venues and relevant organizations, including liaising with institutional stakeholders and public entities.
- Anticipate risks, identify potential issues and proactively propose and implement solutions.
- Participate in project follow-up meetings and prepare the necessary information to ensure the successful progress of projects.
- Work cross-functionally with the wider team on other consulting projects and company events.
