Role Description





The Head of Growth at CoreFi is a full-time remote role responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across financial institutions and fintech ecosystems. This role oversees growth strategy, establishes measurable growth targets, and manages end-to-end growth funnels from lead generation through conversion and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing growth marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across channels, and collaborating with sales and business development teams to open new markets and deepen existing relationships. The Head of Growth will analyze product-market fit, run experiments to validate new growth opportunities, and partner with product and operations to improve onboarding, usage, and lifetime value.
