Your tasks
- Technical administration and continuous further development of the SAP SuccessFactors platform
- Responsible for the configuration and optimization of platform functions,



workflows and authorizations
- Ensure platform stability, including monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Analysis and optimization of the IT architecture with regard to SuccessFactors implementations and integrations
- Integration of SuccessFactors into other systems (e.g. SAP ERP, third-party systems) using middleware and API technologies
- Support in the use and further development of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its services
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as consulting and training of internal teams
Your profile
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the administration of SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. EC, REC, P&G;)
- Good knowledge of IT architecture, network technologies and security concepts (e.g. SSO, encryption, access control)
- Experience with IT security stand
