Experteer Overview Lead Software Engineer within the Omnia Platform team, building a modern, multi-tenant SaaS for institutional clients. You will own complex engineering challenges, influence architecture, and drive the platform’s evolution from Valencia with a globally distributed team. You’ll shape scalable backend services, data processing workflows, and user-facing features while advocating quality and continuous improvement. - Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET
- Work with MongoDB Atlas to optimise data models and performance
- Drive reliability, deployment, and scalability of cloud-native services on Azure and Kubernetes
- Develop data processing and calculation workflows using Python and modern dataframe tech
- Contribute across the full stack with React, TypeScript, and Redux
- Champion software quality, testing, code reviews, and maintainability
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver client value
