Capmira Real Estate is the real estate investment and advisory vertical of Capmira Multi Family Office, a Barcelona-based boutique with a banking alliance with Andbank. We originate, evaluate and structure off-market real estate opportunities across Spain and Southern Europe: residential and office buildings, hotels, car parks, land and development projects, and infrastructure concessions. We work directly with owners, family offices, institutional investors and operators.

Track record: 40+ off-market transactions, around €1B, including recent closings such as Passeig de Gràcia 115 in Barcelona. Founder-led, small team, deal-driven.

The Role

You'll work directly with the Founding Partner on live real estate mandates from origination to closing: asset and portfolio acquisitions and disposals, development and land deals, hotel and car park transactions, and corporate M&A; with a real estate component. On-site, Barcelona (Av. Diagonal).

Day-to-day

Underwriting and valuation of assets and portfolios (DCF, yield and comparables analysis, development and hotel P&L; models). Market, zoning and asset-level research across Spain and Southern Europe. Due diligence coordination: financial, legal, technical and urban planning documentation. Investment memos, teasers, IMs and investor presentations. Coordination of owners, investors, lawyers, architects, technical advisors and banks during transactions. Direct client exposure from day one.

Profile

Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics, Architecture, Economics, ADE / Business Administration, Law, Finance or Real Estate.



Quantitative and technical profiles are especially welcome, as are double degrees (Law + ADE, Engineering + Business). 2+ years' experience in real estate, hospitality or transaction advisory: Big 4 (Deal Advisory, Real Estate, Transaction Services), CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, Eastdil, Colliers, Knight Frank or comparable investment or advisory platforms. Fluency in operating with AI models and tools as a core part of the analytical workflow: building and stress-testing financial models, structuring research, drafting and reviewing documentation, automating data work. Excel and PowerPoint are assumed; what we value is the ability to combine them with AI to work faster and deeper than a conventional analyst. Hands-on due diligence experience (data rooms, financial, legal and technical review). Analytical rigour, structured communication, client-focused mindset.

Fluent

English; Spanish required; Catalan, French or Italian a plus. Ability to run several workstreams in a small, fast-moving team.

Also open to high-potential final-year students and recent graduates from the same disciplines for an internship track leading to Analyst.

Compensation

Competitive base salary. Deal-closing bonus linked to Capmira's success fee on every transaction you work on that closes: in a boutique you're on every deal, so there's a direct line from your work to your payout. Fast track to Associate based on closed transactions, not tenure. Exposure to cross-border deals, family office investors and the full deal lifecycle.
