Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the end-to-end management of cutting-edge HAPS payload projects, acting as the hub between clients, engineers, and partners. You drive project planning, integration, testing, and flight readiness to deliver on time, on budget, and to high quality. You collaborate across disciplines to ensure requirements are met and pursue Airbus-quality standards. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong impact on ambitious aerospace initiatives.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead project lifecycle from kickoff to flight preparation
• Contribute technically when possible in a small, agile company
• Serve as primary client contact ensuring alignment and satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and external partners
• Monitor schedule, budget, scope, and resources; mitigate risks
• Work with finance to track EAC and manage project procurement




• Ensure technical developments meet customer specifications
• Support procurement activities, hardware integration, and QA
• Contribute to bid and proposal activities with cost/schedule estimates

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred
• 3 to 7+ years in technical project management within aerospace/space systems/defense
• Experience overseeing hardware/software lifecycles, payload development, integration, testing/verification, or flight readiness
• Proven track record of managing customer interfaces, subcontractors, and contract compliance
