Experteer Overview As a Service Engineer for EFI industrial inkjet printers, you’ll deliver on-site and remote support to ensure installation, maintenance, and peak performance of our equipment. You will collaborate with Field Service, Quality Assurance, and Ru0026amp; D to document procedures, train operators, and implement improvements. You’ll troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and translate findings into actionable service reports. This role blends hands-on field work with cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic industrial setting.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Create and update documentation, manuals, and procedures for EFI printers
- Provide support for new products and existing systems
- Develop preventive maintenance and corrective repair documentation for complex electro-mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic control issues
- Offer technical support to Field Service and Customer Support teams
- Deliver operator training and maintenance guidance to Field Service Engineers




- Document activities and findings in EFI service systems with precise reporting
- Collaborate with Engineering to implement product improvements and corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement of service processes and documentation
- Foster strong cross-department relationships to maintain high service qualityResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
- 0–3 years of experience in service engineering, maintenance, or industrial environments
- Solid foundation in mechanical systems (components, alignment, maintenance) and electrical systems (wiring, industrial components, troubleshooting)
- Comfort with office and field work
- Good level of English for international collaboration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-focused with solid communication abilities
