The Executive Assistant is responsible for giving support to SVP Global Service Operations and the Management Team of Global Sales. Workload is balanced 50/50 between the two departments (Service Operations & Global Sales).
Integral Sales support will be coordinated with another management assistant located in Hamburg, including calendar management, meeting governance, travel planning and confidential operational support across global and local initiatives.
