Experteer Overview In this role you will lead HR implementations across Deel’s product suite, ensuring accurate data migration and seamless configuration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide clients through setup, migration, and training to maximize value from Deel tools. You will act as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices and coordinating with sales, onboarding, and product teams. - 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience
- Experience managing large HR datasets with high accuracy
- Strong project management skills with meticulous migration planning
- Experience with change management in enterprise settings
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
